General Summary 1.
Comply, understand, and promote Graniterock's Core Values, including safety initiatives to ensure Safety Before all Else 2.
Provide customers with accurate sales tags for incoming and outgoing materials 3.
Work closely with project foreman on daily volumes and schedules 4.
Manage credit card receipts and balance drawer daily 5.
Oversee daily schedule for location and communicate schedule to plant team members and transportation dispatch 6.
Verify all vehicle files contain accurate information per the Weight and Measures Standards 7.
Track and report on daily usage of oil, gas, energy and scale downtimes 8.
Conduct safety meetings and track MSHA and OSHA documents 9.
Order necessary parts and tools for the branch and work directly with vendors Education and Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1
years construction industry or related general office experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cash handling and excellent math aptitude Excellent time management Ability to prioritize work productively and meet deadlines Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferable Ability to work flexible schedule Additional Requirements This position has been identified as a safety sensitive role and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing, per the Graniterock Substance Abuse policy.
